Pilot access

Car Loft Alex Recall is intended for authorized Car Loft staff coordinating service for dealership vehicles. Public registration is not currently available. Only connect an account you are authorized to use and submit vehicle and scheduling information you are authorized to provide.

Scheduling assistance

The tool records staff-reported recalls and helps coordinate service-department conversations, appointment details, reminders, and follow-up. Recall eligibility, remedy availability, parts availability, and repair completion must be verified with the appropriate sources and service department.

A booking does not establish that a repair has been completed or that a vehicle has no open recalls. Staff remain responsible for transport arrangements, reviewing unresolved details, supplying repair evidence, and performing subsequent VIN recall checks.

Appointment details

Confirm the vehicle, service location, date, time, and drop-off arrangements before transport. Prior-night drop-off requires approval for the specific appointment. Changes or cancellations should be reported to Car Loft so the appointment record and pending follow-ups can be reconciled.

Account and data controls

Keep account credentials private. Use the designated tracker and approved service contacts. Google permissions can be revoked through Google Account settings. Information handling is described in the privacy policy.
