How Alex helps
Arrange the repair
Alex coordinates with the authorized service department, verifies the vehicle and repair readiness, and asks about previous-night drop-off for each appointment.
Keep everyone informed
Appointment details appear in the recall tracker. Email confirmations and consolidated updates help staff manage transport and follow-up.
Google account connection
Authorized Car Loft staff can connect the designated Google account so Alex can update the recall spreadsheet and send scheduling notifications. Alex requests permission to identify the connected account, manage Google Sheets, and send Gmail messages. It does not request access to read the Gmail inbox.
An appointment confirmation records a booking. Recall completion requires repair evidence and a subsequent VIN recall check.
